Stuffed Salmon
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet (tail part) 600g
Peeled green prawns 150g
Sun - dried tomatoes 3 - 4 pcs
Spinach 1/2 bunch
Parmesan 50g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Chilli flakes 0.5 tsp
Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
Sweet Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Instructions
Salmon fillet (tail part) 600g
Peeled green prawns 150g
Sun - dried tomatoes 3 - 4 pcs
Spinach 1/2 bunch
Parmesan 50g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Chilli flakes 0.5 tsp
Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
Sweet Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
The Stuffing
Mix 1 tbsp of Teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp of Sweet Chilli sauce together in a small bowl and put aside
Finely chop the peeled Green Prawns, Sun - dried tomatoes and Spinach
Combine with salt, chilli flakes & finely grated Parmesan
Mix together well
Place evenly inside the Salmon
Fold in both flaps of the Salmon
Baste with the 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
Place in preheated oven on 180C for 20mins
Remove from the oven
Baste with the combined mixture of the Teriyaki and Sweet Chilli sauce
