Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet (tail part) 600g
  • Peeled green prawns 150g
  • Sun - dried tomatoes 3 - 4 pcs
  • Spinach 1/2 bunch
  • Parmesan 50g
  • Salt  0.5 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 0.5 tsp
  • Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sweet Chilli sauce 2 tbsp


Instructions 

  1. Salmon fillet (tail part) 600g
  2. Peeled green prawns 150g
  3. Sun - dried tomatoes 3 - 4 pcs
  4. Spinach 1/2 bunch
  5. Parmesan 50g
  6. Salt  0.5 tsp
  7. Chilli flakes 0.5 tsp
  8. Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
  9. Sweet Chilli sauce 2 tbsp


The Stuffing

  1. Mix 1 tbsp of Teriyaki sauce and 2 tbsp of Sweet Chilli sauce together in a small bowl and put aside
  2. Finely chop the peeled Green Prawns, Sun - dried tomatoes and Spinach
  3. Combine with salt, chilli flakes & finely grated Parmesan
  4. Mix together well
  5. Place evenly inside the Salmon 
  6. Fold in both flaps of the Salmon 
  7. Baste with the 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  8. Place in preheated oven on 180C for 20mins 
  9. Remove from the oven
  10. Baste with the combined mixture of the Teriyaki and Sweet Chilli sauce
