About Craig Cook
Craig Cook, owner, master butcher and primary farmer runs his Tova farm, in the Southern Highlands supplying his stores premium beef cuts for dry-ageing. Craig has been involved in both livestock farming and butchering since he was a teenager and has learnt everything from the ground up. Craig personally sources all other produce for his stores buying from farmers he knows share his values. It doesn’t get any better than that.
