Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry into the promotion is open to all residents of Australia excluding retail tenants of Northbridge Plaza and their immediate family, and staff of retail tenants of Northbridge Plaza and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directions.
  3. Promotion commences at 9.00am local time on 29/08/2009 and entries close 1.00pm local time on 29/09/2009 ("Promotional Period").
  4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must either return the completed entry from the Northbridge Plaza Summer newsletter or make a purchase in any store in Northbridge Plaza during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase"). To enter individuals must then complete the offi cial entry form and place it in the barrel provided at Northbridge Plaza.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any if its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
  7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specifi ed Qualifying Purchase; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
  8. The draw will take place at Northbridge Plaza at 1.00pm local time on 29/09/2009. The winner will be notified by telephone and email. The Promoter's decision is fi nal and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The first valid entry will win the prize which includes a full day (9am to 5pm) with fashion stylist Kelly Smythe who will offer the services of fashion consultation, wardrobe analysis and personal shopping session at Northbridge Plaza, valued at $1,500. The prize also includes nine (9) gift vouchers at the retail value of $150.00 each to the following stores located at Northbridge Plaza: Beauty Shop, Blue Illusion, Design's Boutique, John Brennan Hair, Lin & Barrett Lingerie, Nina Leons Shoe Boutique, Parrakeets, Quintessence Sydney, Teng Tiong Optometrist. Total retailer vouchers valued at $1,350.00. Prize is valid for six months until 29/03/2010.
  10. Total prize valued at $2,850.00. The prizes, or any unused portion of the prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written discretions from regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical diffi culties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
  13. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefi nite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profi ling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
