Take your receipts to the competition counter located near Pastza Zu between 10am and 4pm to receive your entry form and drop it in the barrell provided for your chance to win!

Terms and Conditions
Entry to Northbridge Plaza Spend and Win Your Choice of 3 is deemed acceptable by these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
To Enter Northbridge Plaza’s “Spend and Win Your Choice of 3” campaign, customers simply:
1. Make a purchase of $30 or more at any speciality store (or combination of) or $100 or more at Woolworths during the promotional period.
2. Present their receipt/s to the staff located at the competition counter between 10am and 4pm Monday 6 October to Sunday 19 October to receive one (1) entry form.
Duration of Competition
Entries will be accepted from 10am Monday 20 October until 4pm Sunday 2 November 2008.
Conditions of Entry
1. Information on ‘how to enter’ and prizes offered form part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’.
2. Entry is only open to all Northbridge Plaza customers. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in NSW except employees of Northbridge Plaza and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
3. Customers may enter more than once, but each entry requires a separate entry form to be completed.
4. Entries received after the close date 4pm 2 November will not be considered.
5. Entry forms received via mail will not be considered.
6. Entry forms that are illegible, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way will not be considered.
7. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
9. By entering the promotion, each entrant consents to the disclosure of personal information they have submitted in entering the promotion by the Promoter to AMP Capital Shopping Centres. Any personal information disclosed to AMP Capital Shopping Centres can be treated for databases and future mail outs or emails of a promotional nature only. You can unsubscribe at any time.
10. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Prize Details
The winning customer will win their choice of 3 prizes, each valued at $6000. Customers may choose from:
1. A Christmas Cocktail Party including cleaning, catering etc valued at $5,000 plus a $1000 donation to a registered charity or community group of the winner’s choice.
2. A cleaner and gardener for a year to the value of $5,000 plus a $1000 donation to a registered charity or community group of the winner’s choice.
3. $5000 worth of Northbridge Plaza retailer gift vouchers of the winner’s choice plus a $1000 donation to a registered charity or community group of the winner’s choice.
Date, Time and Place of Judging
The winner will be judged at 10am Monday 3 November at Centre Management of Northbridge Plaza.
1. The winner will be determined by barrel draw.
2. The judge’s decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner will be announced on 5 November 2008 and will be contacted by phone after the judging has taken place and will also be notified in writing thereafter.
4. The winner need not to be present.
Customers Information
* AMP Capital Shopping Centres reserve the right to unlimited use of the submitted photographs at no cost for advertising and marketing.
* AMP Capital Shopping Centres reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
Liability
* The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
